Welcome to Zashii.

Zashii is a personal project built around something I enjoy – collecting, buying, selling and trading sports cards.

Like a lot of collectors, my collection has grown and changed over time. Some cards are bought to keep, some get traded, and others are sold to help fund the next addition to the collection. Zashii gives me a place to bring all of that together.

The site will initially focus on sports trading cards, particularly football and baseball, with basketball and other sports likely to appear along the way. You’ll find everything from raw and graded singles to autographs, numbered parallels, rookies and other interesting cards I’ve picked up.

Over time, I’d also like to introduce sealed wax, memorabilia and other sports collectibles.

More than just a shop

Zashii isn’t intended to be a huge online card retailer.

It’s a collector-run site and something I’ll be developing alongside the hobby. That means the cards available will constantly change as I buy, sell and trade.

I’m also interested in hearing from other collectors. If you’ve got a card you think I’d be interested in, want to discuss a possible trade, or simply want to talk about something in the collection, feel free to get in touch.

What you’ll find here

I’ll use this blog for more than site announcements. I’d like to cover new additions to the collection, cards I’m chasing, interesting purchases and sales, shows I visit, thoughts on particular players and sets, and some of the things I learn along the way.

There’ll be plenty of football and baseball, but Zashii doesn’t need to be restricted to any particular sport.

Ultimately, it’s about enjoying the hobby, finding interesting cards and making the collection better.
